Alex's Law by Jayce Ellis

A judge, Law, and his clerk, Alex, have a Christmas party to plan that will need to impress the judge's colleagues.

The venue for the event cancelled at the last minute sending Alex into a fury trying to find a better location because he wants the party to be a success, because he wants Law to be a success. He is interested in Law, but keeps his feelings to himself. He is unaware of Law's mutual attraction.

Neither Alex nor Law want to cross the professional line. They have a professional relationship that works well. Alex knows exactly how to keep Law calm when the stress of his job gets the best of him. Being an openly gay judge comes with its fair share of challenges.

Alex and Law work through the ups and downs of knowing, and trusting each other well. Of being colleagues with a romantic attraction to one another.
